**Spring Sakura Raw Cheesecake with Sakura Glaze**
A delicate, floral celebration of spring — creamy cashew-strawberry filling infused with Sakura tea, set on a cranberry-almond base and finished with a soft pink Sakura glaze.
**Ingredients**
Base (180 g): Almond meal, dried cranberries, pitted dates, coconut oil, sea salt.
Filling (700 g): Organic cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut cream, Medjool dates, strawberries, dried peach or apricot, lemon juice, Sakura tea, vanilla, sunflower lecithin.
Sakura Glaze: Coconut oil, monk fruit sweetener, brewed Sakura tea, agar agar, Himalayan salt, edible Sakura blossoms.
