Raw mini Matcha Cheesecake
A refreshing blend of creamy cashew layers infused with organic matcha and vanilla, set on a nutty pistachio-almond base and finished with a touch of crushed pistachios and fresh fruit.

Ingredients
Base (180 g): Almond meal, pistachios, Medjool dates, coconut oil, sea salt.
Vanilla Layer (340 g): Organic cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut cream, dates, lemon juice, vanilla, sunflower lecithin.
Matcha Layer (460 g): Organic cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut cream, dates, lemon juice, frozen grapes, organic matcha powder, vanilla, sunflower lecithin.
Decoration: Crushed pistachios, organic matcha dusting, fresh berries or grapes.
